Breed and idea on gender?

8 weeks old on Monday. I think lavender Orpington but I’m new at this. I noticed the tail feathers seems different shaped than the others but I’m not really sure so trying to guess if pullet or cockerel. Supposed to all be pullets

I’m not! I ordered the rare assortment from my pet chicken (so meyers), and I’ve gotten everyone figured out except the blue/lavender ones with the exception of the splash Marans

Not sure about the breed, but that's a cockerel.

Pullet. The "male saddles" are just messy shredded feathers due to the bird being lavender. It's likely an Orp.
