Breed and maybe gender?

I picked this little one up at a Chicken Swap last weekend. They said it was a she (attempted to vent sex, certainty is questionable), about 5 weeks old, and an Araucana. I highly doubt it's an Araucana, I'm thinking Easter Egger? Please let me know your thoughts on what type of chick this is and if you're able to guess a gender, I know there are some general links with EEs and feather patterns...thanks!

Definitely an EE, it's much to young to be guessing it's gender. I would wait a few weeks and post another picture.
