Breed and Roo/Hen?

Hello! My first post to this community! Thanks in advance for your help.

After hearing some mystery morning crowing in the neighborhood, I'm wondering if one of my girls is... not. In particular the black fluffy one on the left. I was told that this was a cochin when I bought it, but then was told later that that was probably wrong. Do you know what breed this is? And, is that nose growth indicative of a roo?
