Breed and sex question

This chicken came from TSC and I have no idea, my husband bought it because my daughter wanted it. I have been dealing with a number of problems in the flock since the weather changed and Honestly, the two chicks he bought have kinda raised themselves. I think they are the ones that started the coccidiosis outbreak, but they survived so here we are. This is the same chicken in both pictures. I just did not know if one was a little clearer than the other. I would like to know if this one is a rooster and also the breed if you might know.

It is a cockerel, but I am clueless as to breed or cross thereof.

Definitely a cockerel. But sure on breed. Maybe legbar?

That's a cockerel and for the breed I would guess cream crested legbar or one of the legbar based easter eggers. Hoover's, the supplier of TSC, sells a line of legbar based easter eggers and I seen posts of people getting them there.

Well his girlfriend is definitely a cream leg bar so that makes sense. So my husband has decided to name him Cream Abdul Legbar. Hehe now you know why I married him.
