Breed and Sex

Hello! New to owning turkeys. Looking for help on identifying the breed and sex. I was told when I bought “her” she was a Heritage. But since that’s pretty vague, I’m thinking Broad? And as far as sexing, “she” acts both ways, even poops in J’s and piles. How can I identify by just observing? She’s 4 months old and I included a baby picture, her sibling didn’t make it.

All domestic turkeys are the breed Turkey.

You appear to have a Chocolate hen which is a heritage variety.
