breed and sexting

Hi I'm new to chickens can someone tell me what breed these three chickens might be got them from my feed store for easter. live in palmbay florida. and is it possible to tell what sex they are.
the red acts as if it is a rooster it tries to cockle doodle doo in the mornings, the grey and black or white and black not clear on if its white or grey markings has a small crown and is in competition with the red, they seem to be showing who is the top dog by lifting there heads and neck feathers the black is definitely a hen she has hardly a crown. please help.

The left one is probably a barred rock. Can't tell on the black, can't see enough, perhaps an australorp or jersey giant.
Sometimes pullets will charge each other with their hackles up but attempting to crow is a sign of a cockerel.

It's called sexing, sexting is something done with a cell phone.
