Breed? Black Bantam

I picked up this bantam at TSC, and I was hoping someone could help me identify what breed he is. He is pretty small, a lot shorter legged than my OEGB. He has a single comb and dark legs, but the underside of his legs is yellow. He also has a very purple sheen to his feathers, with some green also coming in. He's about 2 months old now. Is he some kind of Dutch? Japanese? Or mixed breed? Any and all thoughts appreciated

Yeah, he just started crowing. Squeaky little guy
