Hey guys I need some help. I accidentally posted a Thread over the weekend asking about these guys and didnt get many replies. I think due to wording in header and pics. I have terrible internet at the house especially when it is raining. My pages kept jumping around when trying to post. It was no fun. Now i can't edit the thread for some reason. I have a bit better pics. I will try to get natural lighting pics in the next day. They have feathered in so much more I took these two days ago.
What are your guesses? The first one I really have no clue what it is. I bought them all from TSC. These first two I got out of the Smokey Pearl bin. The first one absolutely is not. I could tell from the these beautiful patterns on as wing tips. And now it has feathered in some beautiful colors with patterns. The colors are brown, gray and now some black is coming in. The beak and Shanks and feet are a peach color but now the legs are turning a green color. Single straight comb, That looks a little pinky at the base so I'm hoping this is not a boy.
I have had a ton of roosters in my last batch.
The second little sweetie is more white all over. I guess it does have a little bit of a smoky look to it so it could be a smokey Pearl. But it has a very Orange look to its head and face. now it's not feared in yet so idk. Very beautiful colored comb, beak, legs and feet. Single straight comb. The coloring of the beak feet and legs is a peach Rosy looking color but it's got like a pearl Sheen to it.. real pretty.
The next are my banties. I'm usually real good on these guys but I'm at a loss with these two. The first one is the one that's got me stumped the most. it's Feathering in a very pretty brown gray mixture. very beautiful Feathering and it looks like she/he is going to have a crazy looking thing on its head it's like sticking up in the middle of its head kind of like a cowlick right now. Not like my polish or silkies. It's not a crest. This is the smallest bird I've ever had, it's smaller than the banties. So I'm wondering if it's a Serama? Or a very small type of game bantam? Single comb very yellow beak legs and feet.
The next bantam is gorgeous! she has the most beautiful buff gold Rosie looking color. has a beautiful pattern coming in on her feathers. Yellow comb, that is either Rose or a pea. her name is Rosa she has a very pink legs and feet, her beak yellow orange and her eyes are a green looking color. very pretty bird so I'm thinking. Either a buff laced Sea Bright or a red pile o e g b? I've had several game bantams but never a red pile that's the only thing I can really come up with
The next two did not have me stumped but now they do I just knew these two were black tail White Japanese bantams but they're size is a bit bigger than my other Japanese bantams that I have raised. So what else could these little guys be? any other Bantam that's fully white with black spots on their wings? I can't think of what? They are fully white feather black dots on the tips that are wings one has a real pretty pattern already on its wings yellow beak and legs feet I'm pretty sure single straight come. Their heads are shaped a little different from my Japanese when they were little. So what do you think? And like I said I'll take some better pictures this afternoon if it's not raining I think I took pictures of all them standing up I may not have some of the banties cuz they were being insane the other day!! Lol.
Thank you guys sooo much!!(if any of this doesnt make sense. Im sorry. I was driving doing talk to text. I can't proof read at the moment.)
