Breed? Cockerel or Pullet? 10 weeks

10 weeks old. Looking to identify breed and gender.

Updated photos of the cockerel. Would he be considered barred? I am not sure what breed he is, he is supposed to be blue australorp pullet chick.

Wow thank you for the updated photo! I only saw the original post at first and noticed it looked a lot like my Olive Egger which started barred and darkened to a charcoal. She/he is 12 weeks and I still don't know if it's a pullet or cockerel because the feathers say pullet but the comb says cockerel. When I posed pics, got 50/50 answers. So I was just going to wait until it lays or crows. But it's coloring looks a lot like yours in the first pics.
 
Just adding that I see feathered legs and looks like pink feet.

@BlueTheBrahma Cuckoo Marans in the mix?
My guess is Blue copper marans rooster cross to barred rock hen. Like a bluebell or whatever names the blue marans hybrids have.

Alternatively it could be a blue cuckoo hen cross Rhode Island Red rooster, but a lot of cuckoos are clean legged, and blue cuckoos aren’t common.
