Breed crossing

I have a rhode island red rooster, and buff orpington and EE hens. Will the rooster mate with the others hens, and what type of cross would it make.

The rooster won't understand the difference in breeds. All he'll know is that he's a he and she's a she! If the RIR breeds with the BO, then you will have a RIR/BO cross. If the RIR breeds with the EE's, then you will have and RIR/EE cross. You won't know exactly what the chicks will look like until they hatch.
