Received this chick as my "exotic chick" from a hatchery. I believe it's a roo but not sure...any help on the breed? "He" has black legs and usually stands really tall (he ducked down when I took the photo).
 
I think it is a roo too. He reminds me of an egyptian famious (probably spelled that wrong), but I could be wrong as Ihave not had a lot of experience with is breed and do not know a lot about them.

That's what I thought also. Egyptian Fayoumi but I don't think the hatchery sells those (but I'm definitely going to look again

). He's so unique, I'm probably going to keep him.

OOOOOHhhhhhhh....I think you figured it out. I was thinking Egyptian Fayoumi but now that I've googled pictures of Silver Campines....that's more like him. Thank you soooo much! Do you have experience with this breed and if so, can you give me some pros/cons.

Look at his big legs! I love how awkward boys are as they grow up. Then suddenly they grow into these amazingly beautiful roosters.
