Breed? Gender? Need help

Hi. Need input. Purchased from TSC Out of the bantam bin. Is this a Mille Fleur D’ Uccle? Gender guesses? I’m starting to think its a cockerel. tends to be aggressive toward all the others. Pecks at my hand when I go to pick him/her up. Aloof/loner. Not the friendliest. Definitely has small bird complex! Any help appreciated.

He looks to be one-has vulture hocks, single comb, muffs, beard. What makes you think otherwise?

He's what you thought The feather pattern could debatably be off a bit, but that's common with hatchery birds and the mottling will develop with age

He doesn't have the right coloration.
