Seems off for a Serama-- comb is wrong, leg color is wrong, size is wrong, type is wrong. But maybe silked Seramas are supposed to be different from the regular ones?
It's a pullet. She has the Silkie gene as you can see by her feathering, but otherwise doesn't look much like a Silkie. It's probably a fancy hybrid breed.
