Breed, gender?

Can I have your opinions please! I bought these as gold laced wyandottes. Obviously, they aren't, but they were supposed to be pullets as well.
I don't know what they are...I'm thinking slw on the darker one, and male.
The lighter one I thought may be a pencil laced but it has a comb coming. Not red like the other one, so I'm hoping it's a she.

I was making squeaker noises so they'd hold still for a second. They're kinda upright from a normal stance

Think the first one could be a Lakenvelder?
I had some hatchery ones that were poorly marked like that at that age.
Seeing the SLW markings makes me think it's possible.

I agree with Rhodebar Lover. Both cockerels, one SLW and the other, who knows? It's not a Lakenvelder, wrong leg color, and there wouldn't be any lacy feathers.

I couldn't remember what leg color they had but yes every one of mine had lacy feathers like that at that age.

I agree, 2 cockerels. The first one has a simple comb, but Wyandottes have rosecombs

That definitely crossed my mind, but they should have slate legs :/

The first one is not a lakevlender I have several lakevlenders in my flock and they looked nothing like that when they were little. I’ll show you what a real lakevelnder looks like she has a SLW.
