She has huge muffs and a beard that are clearly visible. She's an EE.

I'll send a better picture of her head! Sorry about that! The Egyptian Fayoumi is what I first thought too....but then my kids said she was getting cheek puffs and getting larger quickly. I'll upload a pic soon! Thank you all!
