Second to last one almost has the body of a Sebright, but I see a single comb and I don't think they come in Speckle. Perhaps a Speckled English Game?

Your Speckled hen has me thrown. If she is bantam, I don't know if Javas come in bantam? That is the closest I can think of to go with her. Does she have spotted fee? If so, there is your answer. She is a Mottled Java.
