Can anyone please identify this breed? she/he is 5 weeks old. Thanks!

My best guess would be a silver penciled rock, but I'm not 100% on that. Not a Dominique or barred rock, that's for sure.
 
Thanks! I'm not sure about silver penciled rock, it has dark green legs...
