Its still a chick. The parents look like that though.

She was one of 8 out of 100 who made it alive to a local feed store. She's one of 4 who made it with me. I don't know which hatchery she's from, but it was in NM, so Maybe Privett.

Well they're supposed to be pullets. And while I realize that's far from guaranteed, getting it wrong on a Sexlink would be unforgivable I'd think.
