I think s/he is a sultan and yes s/he has little feathered legs, feet, and toes. Now hopefully it's a girl! As far as the black hills gold it's a multi-colored gold jewelry that comes from black hills Dakota and always has the distinct rose gold and green gold leaves grapes or vines along with the standard gold and sometimes white gold or silver
