Breed identification help

I've started volunteering at a local animal sanctuary. They have one peacock who has been there at least 4 years. He had a mate until last year, and is currently in a large coop and run with a couple of ducks and a turkey. I think I have found an adopter who would take him and 2 of my peahens which I think would be a better situation for him.
I'm posting some pics of his display and would appreciate any comments on his breed and coloration. Thanks

I'm pretty sure it's common for them to have the white in the tail feathers.

If I kept this pied peacock and breed it with my blue shoulder peahens, could the white feathers be passed on?

He's an India Blue Pied.

A percentage of the chicks would be split to Pied, none would be Pied.

India blue pied. Thing with peafowl is there are no breeds only colors and patterns.
