I can't tell what breed that is even though I have a cockerel that looks almost exactly the same, but I can tell you that you have a boy!

I think it's a California White.

both will have to go then as i keep them on my allotment which are very close to residential houses

white leghorn with a mix of golden buff female and white leghorn dad. gender could go any way

also i just remembered. ive seen this breed on the online hatcheries . its a california white leghorn. that would explain the brown and black splotches
