Breed name, please

I know she's a bit old and missing a few feathers but can you name her breed please

I would only be guessing. A black austrolorp and cochin mix. But did not take the feathered leg gene. What is your reason for knowing breed.??? Just curiosity, or something more. When chickens are multi breed, it can be a challenge to see all the traits clearly.

I'd like to know because I was told they were a specific breeds and I'm finding out they are mixed and apperently people prefer to buy pure breds instead of mixed so makes it hard to make them self sustaining or profitable like right now I have 51 chickens and no idea what to do with them all I was hoping that I could sell them to a loving family but I'm starting to think I might have to send them to auction and I'm afread they will just slaughter the purddy birdies

YOU MAY HAVE TO SELL A BATCH AT A TIME A LAYING HENS. Post pictures and if price is reasonable, peeps will buy them. You may consider listing on craigs list or ebay classified. Both free. You may also join in on Indiana thread. Where am I where are you. This way you can share your thoughts with peeps in your local area. Some may be near you and want some of your chickens. Don't expect to come away with a fat bankroll. But you may do OK.
