breed of bantam that has hair similar to a cockatiel?

I have a couple bantams that are most likely mixes, but I was wondering what breed would have a hair-do like a cockatiel but with more feathers. They bend backwards. I'll post pictures as soon as I can get them to pose for me.

No, def not silkies. It's more like Polish, but without so many feathers on their head...could that be what they are mixed with?

It could be a couple different things. The first thing that comes to mind though is Pyncheons. Do they look anything like these?
