Breed of Bantam?

Our first bantam! What breed is this little sweetie boy?

He may be a Japanese bantam.

Don't Japanese Bantams usually have black tails?

He was found on the side of the road, btw.

I would say Japanese bantam, if it weren't for the white tail.
Maybe a Japanese that has a white tail, or a mix?
