Can anyone tell me what breed this chick is? I think she’s between 2-4 months old here.

Looks a bit like a wyandotte of some sort...mine is a splash blue laced red View attachment 1982276
How sweet! I was thinking that as well, I have some blue laced reds, which is what I was told she was, but there’s just no way. Is there?!

I’m fairly certain that breed does not matter in ways of intelligence, I think it depends on the bird, but she was so smart, and so sweet. We’ve had respiratory viruses making its rounds here, the two she was with have something going on as we speak. One chick was emaciated and died. (Neon green poos) I did my best to keep her with me and out of that box. She even went on some car rides :)

she had what looked like a seizure a couple of weeks ago. The other night she had another one, except she never came out of it. Hubby must think I’m nuts, I tried CPR. I told him she was my buddy, and she really was. Probably making a mistake trying to get another like her, but she was darling.

I'm so sorry for your loss! :hugs Wish I could help you identify her breed.
Thank you! It sucks. I know people who don’t know chickens think I’m a weirdo but I don’t care. She was my homie. She set the bar pretty darn high, I wonder if I ought to just try a different breed. She was gorgeous tho.
