We ordered four chicks with a friend, none labeled. We ordered an Australorp, a Blue Rock, a Rhode Island Blue, and a Golden Cuckoo Marans (it hasn’t come in). We think one chick is. Welsummer. Are the other three what we ordered?

Can you get individual pictures? These are incredibly hard to discern. Something like this:

None of the birds are blue. One is barred (likely a Barred Rock), one is black (perhaps your Australorp), one appears to be a Rhode Island Red, and your other could be a Welsummer but comb pictures are needed. It could also be a variety of other breeds/mixes. What hatchery?

Yes, I will do that.

Pic 1: Blue Australorp or Rhode Island Blue
Pic 2: Rhode Island Blue
Pic 3: Welsummer (because of the chipmunk stripes)
Pic 4: Isn't this the same chick as Pic 1?

I didn't know that Rhode Island Blues are Red/buff as chicks! That is Pic 2! Where did you buy these chicks from?

One of those chicks is going to be Barred. I suspect you got a Plymouth Barred Rock instead of a Blue Rock. Also, I suspect the chipmunk looking one is not a welsummer. That coloring can be various breeds so you may have to wait until it's a little older.
