Does anyone know what breed of pullet these sweethearts are?

not sure but looks kinda like an English silver Partridge.

They don't have combs. Neither one

Oh, sorry the pictures are blurry so it's hard to see. So, they don't have combs at all or do they just have really tiny combs? Is the one with the feathered legs bantam?

Yes. We got them at tractor supply out of their bantam boxes and they were the only ones that color. The first one has 5 toes and fluffy legs.
