I’m not 100% on what his breed is. At first I thought Australorp. But I know they have lighter colored feet. His have a blueish tint. Same with his ears. They are white with a blue-green tint.

Hatch date: Oct 8, 2021.

( He originally came from my classes bunch of hatching chicks. )

He has spurs that are coming in
Some hens grow spurs too.
That bird looks like a hen to me, based on the general body shape and the feathering.
I think you could start finding eggs within the next month or so.

I'm guessing "he" does not crow?

He stayed at my friends how’s but she has a very dominant rooster and would chase him off. So we didn’t know if it’s due to there being another roo that would kinda prolong it. But I just brought him home today. So I guess we shall see

She's definitely a she. Some women don't like a man telling them what to do. My kind of gal.

I'm guessing mixed breed pullet.

Eggs any day -- my Sept. 21 pullets have been laying for over a month.
My laying hens are the exact same age (same group) and my EE have been laying for over a month too. still awaiting my Plymouth Rock to lay ( I think she laid one soft a wk ago with my ee)

The white under the earlobes is throwing me off, my hatchery Australorps had dark legs like that. Maybe mixed jersey giant, they take a long time to mature and lay eggs. I also think she is a pullet, just my two cents worth though. Good luck...
