The white under the earlobes is throwing me off, my hatchery Australorps had dark legs like that. Maybe mixed jersey giant, they take a long time to mature and lay eggs. I also think she is a pullet, just my two cents worth though. Good luck...

She’s smaller then my laying girls and there Are same age I have a EE & PPR
