Breed please!

Hello everyone,
I hope someone can help me identify the breed and gender of these chickens. I bought 2, one as a maran pullet and one as an olive egger pullet. Both look very similar and now I'm not too sure they are hens.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

Lol, so I'm no good with breeds... But t think I've learned to spot a roo... They both seem really shaped and feathered like Roos.

That's what I was afraid of. They haven't started roosting. I'm just a little mad if they are because we bought them as pullets. They were about 10 weeks old when we got them. Me not knowing the difference...that's too bad

That's what I was afraid of. I feel like they have fooled me by selling me what they were not.

Don't feel badly -it happens to a majority of us. It's hard to find honest sellers especially when buying from feed stores etc. where their employees know next to nothing about breeds.

Yes definatly a rooster not sure on the breed

Both are roosters, and neither is a pure Marans... sorry... :/

Call the seller and ask for a refund. It would have been obvious to an experienced eye at 10 weeks those were cockerels. Shame on the seller.
