Breed question

Hello everyone
I have a ten week old black duck whom I presume to be a drake due to his quack, or lack thereof rather but I have no clue on the breed. There is blue feathers on his wing tips but no other colors at this time. Any insight would be much appy. I picked him up at Tractor Supply when I got my three pekins.

I don’t think it’s an east indie, unless he has a green tint, but it doesn’t look or sound like it. It’s probably just a mixed breed. But whatever he is he looks super cool and I kinda want one!!
