Breed recommendation needed for first timer

I have Buff Orpington’s, Easter Egger and Speckled Sussex.
Loudest are the Buff Orpington’s. Usually quiet but are loud after laying and when they decide want to.
Best Egg producer is the Easter Egger.
Quietest are the Speckled Sussex and the Easter Egger.
