Breed(s) of Rooster?

I was given two roosters today, One is a RIR and the other is questionable... Can't seem to get a picture post for a bit, but he is Buff/Red/Black with white feathers and he has barring head to toe! Also he has a strange top hat hair do, not like polish but like a swipe back look... Very Odd, he was hatched from what were labeled and shipped as RIR but he was the only chick hatched from the doz like him, 100% hatch rate. He is only 6-7 mos old and just maybe a lb less then his Red brother I got.

Here he is, he is still young, but I like him! I think he is cool! He wasn't into the whole picture thing, so they don't show how pretty he really is!

Looks very similar to mine only mine's a little younger. I'm hoping he looks that handsome when he's older!
