Based on the comb type, leg feathering, & black speckles on the legs, he's has Silkie in him. Not sure of the other half though.

The speckling on the legs suggests a Fibro parent. One of my Silkie back cross birds has them.Feathered feet and a peacomb could come from "egger" lines that had Ameraucana and Marans ancestry though since he doesn't have a beard the Ameraucana can't be too close.
A handsome mix of mixes most likely. I hope his temperament is as good as his appearance.
