I just purchased some turkeys from auction. Do any turkey experts out there know the breed, sex, or approximate age?

The breed is really simple. All domestic turkeys are the breed Turkey.

Other than knowing they are one of the White varieties, I can't say which variety from your photo.

They appear a little young to sex from photos.

I would guess they are 3 months old or younger.
