I have four young phoenix born september 1. Of the four two have yellow legs ,one has white legs, and the last has green legs. what is the standard of breed. My grandchildren wish to show them in 4 H and any help is welcome.

All varieties of Phoenix should have slate blue legs, so none of your birds really fit the standard. Are you sure that they are actually Phoenix? If you show them for 4-H, they may not get disqualified, but if you ever show them at a real show, they will be disqualified.
 
When my grandson recieved the hen and rooster we were told they were silver duckwing phoenix. The hen looks like it is a silver and the rooster resembles the pictures of silver phoenix.I have not purchased the apa breed standards (I thought I had but it was a reprint of a earlier book).
 
Wyandottes 7 has it right. All would be disqualified as they should have slate blue legs.
