Agreed, high possibility she's a black sex link pullet/hen.
She has silver feather color leakage, instead of red/gold feather color leakage people commonly see on black sex links.
(Edit to add - color leakage is normal and common when crossing colors like this. Birds can have little to no color leakage, or a ton. Also apologies for a confusing explanation)
Hatcheries often use a rooster like a Rhode Island Red for their sex links.
They need a red/gold rooster X 'silver' hen for "red sex links"
But, they DON'T need a red/gold rooster for black sex links, because it's a completely different sex link they're working with. They just commonly do use them.
A Black Sex Link is the offspring of a non-barred rooster X a barred hen
Barred hens can only pass the bar gene onto her sons. Barred roosters can pass barring to both sons and daughters.
Barred mom + non-bar dad = all sons barred, daughters no barring.
