With the rose combs I see, they're probably Wyandotte or Dominique mixes.

Just shy of two weeks in the pic. For the said breeds what should I look for to tell if they are roo or hen.

Chicks without barring are likely female. Chicks with thicker bands of white are likely cockerels. Red combs by 8 weeks of age is another indicator of males.
