Silver Laced Wyandotte

Legs look pink? Wyandotte should have yellow legs. Is it supposed to be a purebred?

I agree, it has pink legs. Plus, I don't see anything pointing to a Wyandotte. It looks like its comb is a rose, with a spike. I don't know a breed right off the bat. You will have to wait for someone else I guess!

Need more info, that is kinda young to be sure just by looking. How old? Where did you get it? Any ideas on what breeds the seller had? A nice photo of the comb and legs would be good too.

It looks like a Gold Laced Wyandotte except for the legs which are the wrong color, probably hatchery mistake?

She's about three weeks I got her in a pullet mix.

Gold Laced Wyandotte. Leg color will usually change, rose combed, pattern is spot on for a Gold Laced Wyandotte.

I hope she is a Wyandotte!! She's has been my favorite in this batch. Could she be s bantam? She's a lot smaller than the others.

Definite Wyandotte. If the color on wings looks silvery and not yellowish, it will be a SLW. If yellow/goldish, a Gold Laced girl. Had both here. Hatchery Wyandottes were great layers for me, up until they developed egg yolk peritonitis and/or internal laying. Lots of personality, a little bossy with others, but that's fine. It's their world, after all. Sure miss my gals, though.

Leg color should turn more yellow as she gets older.
