Bantam? Maybe... How old?

She's about 3 weeks. I have a red and some sexlinks the same age and she's quite a bit smaller

Not impossible to be a bantam. May also just be a slow developer. Give it a few more weeks and at around 8-10 weeks of age it should be like half their size if its a bantam.
