Looks like a white crested polish, I believe blue but I can't totally see the body color.

x2! That breed and color is so beautiful! Just going off that one picture, I'm going to guess it's a pullet. But yes, full body pictures would be helpful.

Grey is called blue for chickens.....

I still say pullet. But, I don't have much experience with that breed, so a more knowledgeable person should be able to tell you for sure. She's gorgeous, though!
