Breed?

I got these birds as chicks once a local school had completed an incubator project, they were locally sourced eggs but i don't know the breed. They all looked the same (3 in total) but 2 now look very different from the third. Rather large birds but very gentle and curious. The second photo shows the third bird (top right). Also, the gender of the two larger bird confuses me, due to what seems to be hackle feathers. Thanks in advance

The two in the lower left of the second pic "tails showing" and the first pic are Blue Laced Red Wyandotte cockerels. The one in the center of the second pic is a Wyandotte with an unrecognized color, looks to be black with red leakage. Its also possible she is a Wyandotte mix, but either way she is a pullet. They two cockerels are very nice!

How old are they? BLRW come in 3 colours, blue laced red, black laced red, and splash laced red (they look pretty much white laced red but can have sparse black or blue feathers)

Thank you for your responses, was hoping they weren't cockerels as neither have showed any signs of crowing or attempts to mate/ assert dominance etc and they're coming up 7 months
