Breed?????

So I hatched these eggs I bought and don’t read if you don’t like the whole eating fertile eggs thing........
So I bought some store bought eggs and thought I would try and hatch them even though they said they weren’t fertile and they were. So I have all these chicks and it said they were Black Copper Marans and...... that’s not fully true. Do I need help.....
I know some are but some aren’t and they all came from dark eggs.

Which store did you get them form? How were they marketed, fertile free range or what? How do you know they are supposed to be BCM?

Even if I knew the backstory I would not have a clue. The only people that might know are the ones that suppled the eggs. Can you find out who that is through the store you bought them from.

My guess is that they are most likely mixed reed chicks, not a breed at all, but that is a pure guess. I have nothing to back that up.

I’ve never heard of speckled legbar. I will look them up.

Chicks 1-3 might be Maran and the last one might be the speckled legbar. Not sure about the yellow one. BUT what I would infer from the carton is that they are all mixed together so the safer bet is to assume they are mutts very cool that they hatched though!!! And so cute

Thanks I saw they lay blue and. The blue eggs had not grown
