The color is about right, but Dorkings tend to have red earlobes, meaty bodies, and a 5th toe. OP's chicken has white earlobes, a slender body, and the usual 4 toes.

So I don't think it's a Dorking.

(Dorkings often have extra-short legs as well, although because of how the genetics work there could be one with not-so-short legs.)

I think the hen probably does lay white eggs. (I know that white can look a little blue in certain lighting, especially when sitting next to brown eggs. But if they look blue next to white eggs from the store, then of course we'd consider her a blue-layer.)

Eggs NOT blue, maybe a teeny hint of blue, hers is bottom left

Take a photo of the egg on a white piece of paper in really good lighting and the color should be more evident.
