Breed?

These were thought to be Easter eggers as babies, but they have some funky hair which has me questioning their breed. Any thoughts? Also, does anyone know if they’re pullets or cockerels? Thank you in advance!

Pullets and either crested Cream Legbar or Olive Egger with CCL in them.

By some definitions an Easter Egger is a chicken that is a cross between any blue egg laying breed and any white or brown egg laying breed. That would include Legbar crosses so your crested bird probably is an Easter Egger.

There are CCL-based Easter Eggers as well as Ameraucana-based Easter Eggers. Crest vs Beard.

Looks like my olive egger she had and still has the same style mowhawk. Only difference is yours has more brown on the chest. Mine lays a nice light cream green egg. She's also a really easy tempered bird. Eager to see what I have and never pushy. Mine looks close to this

not identical but i'm pretty sure you've got an olive egger pullet. If it's comb magically grows the neck feathers get pointy and the sickle feathers show i'd be surprised.
