I got these two and I'm not sure if they're mallard or Rouen or if there's another possibility?

Check the back toes on each foot. In the US it is a law that domestic Mallards must have the back toe on one foot removed to tell them from wild Mallards. If they have both back toes you have Rouens.

Don't rouens have a signature second stripe, does TSC sell rouens? That's where I was told they were from they have both back toes

Hoover’s hatchery supplies TSC. They do sell Rouen's and the second stripe can be lighter or broken.
