I was told that this hen is an araucana, but I am not sure. The pictures I have seen of this particular breed do not look much like what I have except for the coloring of the legs.

thats definitly not a araucana they have no tails, not easter egger or ameracauna looks like a mut to me

It's pretty whatever it is! Love the colors! Why cant it be a araucana cross? What color are the legs?

It isn't an Araucana cross because it has a single comb, a tail, and a completely "mutt" type of color. Regardless of what country you're in, Araucanas should have pea combs, and pea combs are dominant to single combs.

Also, that bird has slate/light colored legs, signifying it does not have yellow skin, which an Araucana should have.

It looks to me like a mutt.
