Ok as silly as it may sound the breeder of my rabbits havent sent the proper documents so I can get my rabbits reg.
I want to reg. these rabbits because 1) Id like to possibly show them 2) Their litters will be worth more

I gave her my mailing address the day we bought them. A few weeks later I asked her if she could please send me the documents and she said she was sorry and will get them in the mail that day. Well its been weeks now and still no documents. I want to send her another email with my address but feel like Im hounding her..

She runs this big koi business and I know shes busy with that and that is her main income but I also feel like 'Dont advertise things as they can be reg., sell them at high prices, and then just not go any further than taking my money and giving me the rabbits'

Maybe I messed up by not getting the paper work that day but she said she would send it. I have bought chickens from this lady in the past so I trusted her.
I dont know why I feel bad for asking her again..

I have to get my rabbit reg. next month and I feel like my time is running out if Im going to have to beat it out of her.

I just dont know what to do

If you've had good dealings with her in the past, I'd give her the benefit of the doubt, one more time. Perhaps they were lost in the mail, or she just forgot. Can you email her or call and let her know that they didn't arrive? Then let her know when you will be picking them up?

I hate it when breeders do that! It's happened to me a few times, too. Just tell her you'll be in the area on XXX day and can you stop by real quick and pick up those papers since you'd like to get them registered next month (I raise rabbits, too, and I KNOW how much of a pain it is to get an appt with a registrar!).

Or send her another email and tell her the papers she sent must've gotten lost in the mail because it's been weeks and you haven't gotten them. Would she mind sending them again? or if it's easier, she can just email the pedigrees. I had a breeder do that for me - she had pedigree software, so it was just as easy for her to email as to print it out and send it.

I don't think you're being difficult. I think she needs to do as she promised and send you what you PAID for!

What kind of bunnies? I raise Holland Lops.

Is she sending the papers to you or does she send them to the Association that keeps track of all that? When we buy a bull the breeder we buy him from sends the papers transferring ownership to us to the American Angus assoc. and then later we get them from the association directly....not from the breeder.

They are Flemish Giants

I tried emailing 2 of the registers here in Ga a month ago and never got an email back.
What should I do now?

She said she was sending them to me and asked me to write down my home addy. I sent it to her again the email I sent weeks ago.
Guess Ill just send it to her again

No, the American Rabbit Breeders Assoc doesn't keep track of pedigrees or ownership. All pedigrees and show winnings are maintained by the individual owners (on the honor system) and transfer of ownership is as simple as signing over the pedigree.

I would either call or email her and ask for the registration papers or some money back as they are not registered and should not cost the price of registered rabbits!

I would email her every day until they show up or she explains why not. Each email would include a request for a refund if you don't get the papers sent certified mail by X date.

I see her advertise on craigslist for other items every now and again.

Just sent her an email that states:
