Breeder VS Hatchery

Whats the difference? What one is better? Im experienced but never bought from a breeder just hatchery.

quality vs quantity. breeders take more pain to get their breed right and are in it (mostly) for the love of the breed, hatcheries churn them out and some of them are not treated well ending up with less then perfect babies.

Is there any hatchery that has more quality over the others or am i best just getting a few eggs or chicks from here?
