What breeds are you looking for? There are many breeders in VA. I have several breeds and varieties myself, i am in Halifax, VA. I'm sure there are breeders that are located close to you. If you are looking for something specific let me know and maybe i can send you in the right direction.

Howdy, Are you looking for regular hatchery quality birds or exhibition type birds? I raise exhibition quality birds, I have barred rocks in Bantams and Large Fowl. There are a couple other barred rock breeders that i know of. I don't have any New Hampshire's and i don't know anyone around here that does, I am hoping to get a few this fall.

OK. I've got the fever. I went ahead and ordered the six New Hampshire Reds to arrive a week before my sex links! DH is going to freak!!! (Then he'll just laugh and shake his head!)

Back on subject, what are the most common breeds in So. VA/No. NC?
